If you're in LV you must stop by Shang Artisan noodle! They've got the best beef noodles ever! Their menu also includes chow mein and other side dishes such as cucumber salad and spicy wonton. My friends and I all ordered the Shang beef noodle soup ($14.97) for a gigantic bowl! You can decide your spice level and they also offer the spicy sauce on the side. Overall rating: 10/10

10/10: will be back, had an amazing meal and our service was friendly and quick. Joined the Yelp waitlist and was seated almost immediately after checking in. The soup here is the best I've had in a lot time. I got the spicy pork belly with hand pulled noodles. The broth was the perfect amount of spice to not take over the flavor and the pork belly had great flavor. 10/10 might be my new noodle soup spot! The appetizers were both good. The cucumber salad was crisp and the peanut sauce was light and flavorful. The pot stickers took a bit longer to make, and I thought the dough was a bit thick, but my friend really liked them. They have some individual tables and a couple of community tables but it wasn't super crowded, so the spacing wasn't bad.

The food tasted amazing!!!! It took a while to be seated due to the long wait, but all of our dishes came out in a speedy manner. You can actually watch the chefs make and pull the noodles which was pretty cool! The restaurant itself is really clean and nice despite being small. If you are a noodle lover, I definitely recommend this place! We had the Dan Dan and the beef brisket noodles and it was SO good! Side note- dishes are slightly spicy so beware! It's not burn your mouth crazy, but it will kick a bit

We finally tried Shang Artisan Noodle on Friday night and we are eager to come back. The ambiance was lively and hip with great service. I loved the big window into the kitchen so you could watch them hand cut & cook the noodles. I ordered the Chicken & Mushroom bowl with hand cut noodles. It was so delicious and filling (I had to bring half home). My husband had the chicken chow mien which had lots of vegetables with a good flavor. We also ordered some potstickers to try and they were hands down the best we've had. This is a great restaurant with quality food & service for a fair price. We will be back!
